237 women victims of HIV-AIDS, armed conflict and widows of Chandel District, Manipur filed their different petitions before the Harsh Mandal Commission for Public Hearing on Right to Food which was held on 11th and 12th of July, 2012.

This Commission gave recommendations to the State Chief Secretary relating to PDS benefits for HIV infected persons, armed conflict victims, covering young.
